Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you visit ikbalkaygusuz.com, how it is used and how it is protected. The legal notice on personal data is in the Privacy Notice (KVKK), and cookie use is described in the Cookie Policy.

What information do we collect?
Appointment request form
When you fill in the form we receive your name, phone number, optional email, preferred day and time, reason for the visit and a short note. This is used only to handle your request and contact you.
Anonymous usage measurement
To understand how useful the site is, we count clicks on WhatsApp and phone links, use of the calculators and which content page an appointment request came from. These records contain no name, phone number or IP address and are not meant to identify you.
Calculators
Dates and measurements you enter into tools such as the pregnancy week, ovulation or BMI calculators are calculated only in your browser; they are not sent to or stored on our server. Only the fact that a tool was used is counted anonymously.
Security records
To prevent misuse of forms, your IP address is used briefly in an irreversibly hashed form.
Cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent. You can change your choices at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
Who is information shared with?
Your information is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. The following providers are used only as needed to run the site:
- The server hosting the site
- A content delivery and security service that protects and speeds up the site (Cloudflare)
- The business email service that delivers appointment notifications
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager for visit statistics, if you consent
Some of these providers may operate servers abroad; transfers are made in line with the KVKK. Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and YouTube open in a new tab and are subject to those services' own privacy policies. When writing on WhatsApp, please do not share detailed health information such as test results or diagnoses; these are discussed at the consultation.
How long do we keep it?
- Appointment requests: until handled and for no more than 180 days, then deleted automatically.
- Anonymous usage measurements: 1 year.
- Encrypted site backups: 30 days.
How do we protect it?
- All traffic between the site and your browser is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Name, phone, email and note fields from the appointment form are stored encrypted.
- Only authorised staff can access the admin panel with their own accounts; each user sees only what their role requires, and access is logged.
- Backups are stored encrypted.
Children's privacy
The appointment form should be completed by people aged 18 or over. Requests for anyone under 18 should be sent by a parent or guardian.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to request information about, correction or deletion of, and to object to the processing of your personal data. How to apply is explained in the Privacy Notice (KVKK); you can send requests to [email protected].
