Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how personal data collected through ikbalkaygusuz.com is processed, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we process

• Appointment request form: name, phone number, email (optional), preferred date and time, reason for visit and a short note.
• Security: a one-way hashed (irreversible) digest of your IP address and consent timestamps.
• Cookies: visit statistics if you consent (see the Cookie Policy).

The form does not ask for health details such as diagnoses or test results. Because the reason for visit and note may relate to health, your explicit consent is requested for these fields.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Handling your appointment request and contacting you: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing a contract) and your explicit consent under Art. 6/2 for data that may relate to health.
• Website security and preventing misuse: Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
• Visit statistics and improving content: your explicit consent (cookie consent).

Transfers

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. It is shared only as needed with hosting, email and, if you consent, analytics providers. As email and analytics providers operate servers abroad, these transfers take place under KVKK Art. 9. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Retention and security

Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed and for no more than 180 days, after which they are automatically and irreversibly deleted. Name, phone, email and note fields are encrypted in the database. Only authorised staff can access the data using two-factor authentication, and every access is logged.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damage. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
